I was raised in Palatine and Wauconda Illinois. and attended Wauconda High school from where I graduated as a person in National Honor Society. I attended Grayslake Vocational School studying Culinary Arts I also attended Lake County College,

My father was baeza an entrepreneur who owned his or her own lawn and tree company. Working after school and summers with him I learned living of an entrepreneur from the ground up. I worked hand and hand with him. He offered me the chance to create technology in to our business. Entrepreneurship was something instilled in to me by my father.

From my dad I learned steps to make the best decisions for myself and our employees. I come from an extremely loving family who taught me the values of helping other folks. I can't say enough concerning the lessons I learned from my parents. I worked through senior school and college to be able to buy my education.

Working many different jobs starting as a server at Ivanhoe Country Club- I learned to respect all employees irrespective of their position. Stints as a telemarketer, sales representative, small business owner jose and other positions shaped my respect for other downline.
