We obtained our Fiskars reel mower at Lowe's (same price, easier to return if require be), and are absolutely content with it. Even however I place the deal with on upside down (which manufactured it challenging), the mower cut just great. We moved into a home with a backyard whole of four-6" weeds, which it took very easily. It seemed to do superior on the thicker, denser types than the very little, lonely weeds. Sure, you have to re-operate some rows to make confident everything gets reduce, but to not have to figure out the mechanics of the mower and not use fuel/electrical energy, it was surely value it. And just take be aware - if you have a yard with pinecones, particles, or people dreaded sweet gum seeds, this mower is for you--it runs appropriate more than them, without them finding caught in the workings or receiving thrown to the side, like a standard mower would! Huge gain in my e book. We have about 1/three acre, it took me about 40 minutes. Environment up the mower took about 5 minutes--all you want is a wrench and a pair of pliers, the instructions are fairly simple to understand.
