Network Marketing Lead Generation - Offline Vs Online Methods

LEADS would be the name of the game for building your home business... whether that's offline or online, or both! Understand that the network marketing lead generation process could be both laborious and very time-consuming, be it offline and online. Don't let anyone let you know any different... that's only the reality from it all.

So what's best, offline or online?

Let's move on with offline prospecting.

This typically kind of network marketing prospecting involves meeting people in person. You can meet them in several places for example your kids' school or their after school activities, the grocery store, the bookstore... as with the self- help or business section in particular where you'll likely meet people who are very likely to become available to a way to earn money through a income opportunity (otherwise they won't maintain that section of the bookstore, right?). Also you can attend networking events through your local chamber of commerce, etc. etc.... The sky may be the limit really.

In my opinion that in-person offline networking to generate leads is more effective. Here are two explanations why?

No. 1 - You'll be able to CONNECT. I am talking about, people tend to trust and like someone they meet in person. However if you aren't a people person, they may nothing like or trust you either. So remember that when you are performing offline prospecting.

No. 2 - You're able to QUALIFY them immediately at that moment really... you can sense immediately if this is the kind of person you want to use or be in partnership with. Remember, you will be dealing with this individual. Therefore it could be ideal that you want them and are able to work with them, right? Personally, I understand that I am more effective in connecting with someone personally versus every other method, including via internet, email, skype or even the phones. I know this already from my past experience... and my closing minute rates are higher personally than any other method.

But there's two particular disadvantages in offline network marketing lead generation...

No. 1 - TIME. In-person meetings whether one-on-one or group meetings take up A LOT of time. And often you need to drive from place to place which could run your car's gas expenses in place... you also won't be able to interact with people in masses that simply... and if you are in a position to, you will have to do A Large amount of phone calls.

No. 2 bad thing is - MONEY. Most likely to obtain your numbers up when it comes to offline leads, you'll have to start spending money in advertising. This could be flyers, newspaper classifieds, or perhaps a voice broadcasting system where one can automate your outbound calls... eventually you will need to raise the numbers of your leads much higher if you ever want to earn within the six-figure plus range in this business. That's just reality...

So if you're solely relying on offline multilevel marketing prospecting methods, keep this in mind... e-commerce has and try to is a numbers game. So bigger numbers (i.e. more leads, more prospects, more and more people you interact with, etc.)... the bigger the numbers, the greater will join your company... and bottom line, the more money you'll make.
